  • Profile Information: Any additional details you choose to provide, such as a profile picture or job title.

B. Information Collected Through Your Use of the Service

  • Usage Information: Details about your actions within the Safexel Service, including search queries, pages viewed, and interactions with other Users.
  • Technical Data: URL information, cookie data, your IP address, device IDs, network connection type (e.g., WiFi, 4G), browser type, and operating system.
  • Non-Precise Location: We may infer your general location (country or region) from your IP address to comply with geographic licensing or security requirements.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

We process your data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of a Contract: To provide the Safexel Service as agreed upon with the Customer.
  • Legitimate Interests: For our essential business purposes, such as:
    • Detecting and preventing fraud or security breaches.
    • Maintaining and improving the performance of our software.
    • Analyzing usage trends to develop new features.
  • Compliance with Legal Obligations: To comply with Singapore laws or requests from competent authorities.

4. Data Protection and Security

  • Physical & Logical Security: As per our T&C, Safexel implements robust security measures. However, as no system is impenetrable, we encourage you to use unique passwords and never share your User ID.
  • No Sale of Data: Safexel does not sell your personal data to third parties.
  • Age Limitation: In accordance with our Terms, the Service is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 16.

5. Sharing Your Personal Data

We only share your data in the following circumstances:

  • With the Customer: Your employer/organization has access to your usage data as part of their administrative oversight.
  • Service Providers: To companies that support our infrastructure (e.g., cloud hosting or technical support).
  • Third-Party Integrations: If you or your organization connect the Safexel Service to third-party applications, those apps will receive your data subject to their own privacy policies.

  • Retention: We keep your data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or to comply with legal/tax obligations.
